Dear valued customers, please note that we only allow partial refunds (up to 90% of the total amount excluding delivery) for orders placed through Mintpay, KOKO, Genie, Moneta, EzyPay and other BNPL services and similar gateways. This is due to the non refundable sales commission which the relevant services charge from us.

Also note that refunds may take up to 7 working days to be initiated.

Cancellation Policy:

If you wish to cancel your order, please contact our customer service team as soon as possible. We accept cancellations within 24 hours of placing your order. After this time, we may not be able to cancel your order as it may have already been shipped.

Refund Policy:

We strive to ensure that all our products are of the highest quality, but if for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, please contact our customer service team. We will do our best to resolve any issues you may have.

If you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order. We will provide a full refund or replacement for any damaged or defective products.

If you are not satisfied with your purchase for any other reason, you may return it within 14 days of receiving your order for a partial refund or exchange. However, please note that we do not accept returns or exchanges for products that have been used or opened.

To initiate a return or exchange, please contact our customer service team. You will be responsible for the cost of shipping the item back to us. Once we receive your returned item, we will process your refund or exchange within 7 working days.

Please note that we do not refund the cost of shipping and handling for any orders. Additionally, we are not responsible for any customs or duties fees that may be incurred on international orders.
